At Tailor Bird Fashion, we aim to deliver your custom-made outfits safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, charges, and related terms.
All our outfits are made-to-order and require 5 to 10 business days for production, depending on the complexity and volume.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your outfit is ready, we will ship it using our trusted courier partners.
Within India: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount may include a nominal shipping fee.
International Shipping: Charges are based on location, weight, and shipping method. Final cost will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic Deliveries (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch
International Deliveries: 7–15 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary based on pincode, customs clearance (for international orders), or courier delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier’s official tracking portal.
Tailor Bird Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Public holidays or strikes
Customs delays (for international orders)
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Please double-check your address and contact details before placing the order.
Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts for delivery.
If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping will be chargeable in such cases.
If your package appears tampered with or damaged on delivery:
Please do not accept the parcel.
