As all garments are made-to-order, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Color or design variations due to screen display differences

We take quality seriously. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please follow the steps below:
Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Clear photos of the defect or incorrect product must be provided
Free alteration or replacement of the defective item
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion

If you need minor adjustments after receiving your order, we offer paid alteration services. You are responsible for return shipping and alteration charges. Contact our support team for assistance.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
