Refund & Returns Policy

At Tailor Bird Fashion, each outfit is custom-crafted to your measurements and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific policy regarding refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Returns or Refunds for Custom Orders

  • As all garments are made-to-order, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

    • Color or design variations due to screen display differences

Please double-check all customization details and measurements before confirming your order.


2. Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please follow the steps below:

Conditions for Eligibility:
  • Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect product must be provided

Resolution Offered:
  • Free alteration or replacement of the defective item

  • In some cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion

3. Alteration Support

If you need minor adjustments after receiving your order, we offer paid alteration services. You are responsible for return shipping and alteration charges. Contact our support team for assistance.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.


5. Shipping Issues

We are not liable for delays or loss caused by third-party couriers. However, we will support you in tracking and resolving logistics issues wherever possible.
